The board’s leftist and “moderates” are crying about the economy yet was nowhere to found during the Biden inflation/economic disaster. Y’all bitches want to blame Trump for everything without looking at the root cause of this mess, leftist economic policies and importing millions of illegals. The economy isn’t a light switch, it’s going to take some time to fix what democrats did to it

Agreed. Trump is cutting spending like we haven’t seen in quite some time. Look at the Big Beautiful Bill and how he’s cut Ukraine aid for example.

Odd, despite it being a known fact inflation is a lagging indicator, feb 2021 y'all were blaming it all on biden, despite the reckless spending policies of 2020.

Im sure if we give Trump a 3rd term he'll rein in spending like he did in the later years of his first term...

Yeah because never before has anyone solicited business.
What were you doing when gas was $5/gallon under the last admin and inflation was 6.5% per year?

Your chart doesn’t even have Biden on there.
It’s pretty much saying he’s had three terms. You guys are pretending the last 4 years of Biden didn’t exist.

Inflation was 1.4% in December 2020. It was the democrats who rammed through the “American Rescue Plan in March of 2021 that cost 1.9 trillion. Then yall followed that up with the “Inflation Reduction Act” (really just the Green New Deal) the following year in August of 2022 for another 800 million. This doesn’t even include the increase in government handouts that increased substantially during Biden’s administration or the illegal aliens who poured across the border by the millions.
Sorry to ruin your leftwing circle jerk but you democrats are still to blame for the economy we have today. Y’all fricked it up with Auto-Pen Joe, who was barely coherent and let the radicals run the government from behind the scenes (like good little communist do)

The effects of the massive spending during the COVID lockdown, as well as the hit on the job market, is still hurting the economy. Housing mortgage rates are not near the 3-4% range they were years ago.
It will not be fixed in this administration’s 1st year. This was done to us on purpose - to cause global destabilization. NWO behind it all
Things were trending in the right direction until liberation day
This was self inflicted

I'm sorry that you're only able to think in terms of left/right paradigm
Everyone knows inflation was bad under Biden. And if people were being honest by the end of 2024 a lot of things had already trended in the right direction.

Are you going to call out other posters for being partisan from that high horse of yours? They are leftist and on your team, so that’s cool according to you. Hell, you have a poster who posted a graph that showed Trump was somehow President from 2016 till today, no mention of Biden. Amazing!

He has cut Ukraine aid.
Saying otherwise is just a lie.

Well except egg prices y’all tried to blame on Trump.
But those are lower now, funny how you don’t say we are trending in the right direction with Trump when inflation is lower, egg prices are lower, gas prices are lower and we are seeing wages outpace inflation. That was t happening under Biden.
So yes powerman, let’s be honest.

I've never tried to blame egg prices on Trump
Did some leftists do that? Sure. There are partisan idiots on both sides.

In this term. I remember when he handed out stimulus checks and Congress ok'ed spending that sent inflation through the roof during Covid. Biden didn't do frickall to stop it in his term either.

Also correct
Both presidents have major ownership of inflationary issues that are still impacting us today

GDP in Q1 which still includes Biden was -.6%.
For q2 it’s 3.8% and q3 projections is 4.2%.
That’s driven by consumer spending.
The data doesn’t match up to the screaming heads on tv. We actually have been trending in the right direction compared to Biden.
So what does everyone focus on instead? Epstein. And we still haven’t gotten shite from that.

You apparently are too retarded to understand what a lagging indicator means, and you're also too fricking stupid to know trump was in office until late January of 2021. Sad!

A short while ago GC’s were too busy to even come give quotes. Now with record low home sales volume they’re driving around looking for business.
The problem is not the economy. It's the fact that they over built new homes while home prices were skyrocketing. Home prices are coming down now, as anyone with an inkling of sense would have predicted, and they're not going to make the money they thought they would on new homes that are currently sitting empty.
In the meantime, they have to figure out a way to keep the income flowing. It's not a sign of a bad economy, it's the result of a flooded market.
