Yeah I see that now. In that case I would grab all the items I listed and head to the empty greenhouse behind Smoking Aces BBQ on government street. Only place I can think of that I could get to in less than an hour without driving and I doubt anyone would look there.

maybe, but it's possible there wasn't a cop around. you have to work on the assumption that everything went the fugitive's way for the first hour, and he's as far away as he could reasonably be before you go searching.

True. I also think this would work much better in a foreign country. There's just too much to work with in America. Some cave in a desert in the middle of nowhere is much more likely to work than the basin, farmland, or anywhere with structures.
