How does this happen so often? The drunk driver suffers minor injuries while the other driver and their passengers are killed.

As much as I can’t stand drinking and driving and people killed from it., I just don’t know if I agree her execution would make anything better. Easy for me to say that from the outside looking in. This is just so awful I don’t even know how to feel other than sadness for the families affected.
