They are fixing a broken rail in the OP. The rail is all welded into a continuous string miles long and when it gets really cold like this sometimes it breaks and pulls apart.
The heat obviously expands the rail. Oftentimes a hydraulic rail puller will be used as well.

I had deep dish pizza in Chicago and it was fantastic. I forgot what restaurant it was but it’s famous for its deep dish. It was awesome.

Girl and goat has seriously declined in last two years and is living on old rep and people who feel like they have to like it

Chicagos best deep dish is Pequods. Much better than giordanos. Lous is the second best
Purple pig is a much better option than girl and goat. Less hooPla but much better
Portillos beef is much better than als. Get sweet peppers and dipped.
Hot dogs are gross. Nothing about xhucago makes them any better. Dat dog is better than anywhere in chi

Haven't been there in more than two years, but when I went it was incredible. Top 5 meal in my life for sure.
Hope you're wrong and it hasn't declined. That would be a shame. But it definitely wasn't overrated a few years ago.
