Oh, I think it's going to be much more simple than that. I think white cops simply won't respond to calls in black areas ore get involved with the perp is black. Why take the chance of being the next devil?

It's going to reach a point in certain cities/counties where racial tensions are the highest, that when a black person gets pulled over department policy will be to radio for a black officer to take over. Obviously if a call comes in and the person of interest is black, then dispatch will roll a black officer to scene automatically.

Eh, my guess is cops in large cities abandon the job. Then those cities start using private police forces with little accountability. Then the leaders in those cities start to amass private armies, then we turn in the horn of Africa.

This has already been tried and done before and it was a massive failure in large cities throughout the country. Black officers in predominantly black neighborhoods, Irish beat cops in predominantly Irish neighborhoods, Italian cops in predominantly Italian neighborhoods, etc., etc. It was rife with corruption and actually led to more crime, only that time it was unofficially sanctioned by both the police & organized crime and the citizens in those neighborhoods paid the price(literally). There’s more than enough laws on the books and we have an over abundance of criminals, career criminals at that, roaming our streets. The police get their power from us not their badge, gun, nor night stick they represent us the citizenry and we expect them to protect and enforce the societal laws we choose to live by. If you think you’re above those laws or they don’t apply to you due to your skin color or political affiliations you can frick around and find out.

There aren't enough black cops. And the ones on the force will get pissed because they will have to be doing much more of the work.
That's not a dig at black cops. I'm saying they would be doing the majority of the work and the non-black cops would have much less to do.

I have to disagree... Because I think that it will get to a point that once a call come in that the suspect is black, the cops won't even respond at all...
I will wager that within 20 years, there will be areas of town that the cops, firemen, ambulance drivers, postal workers, gasoline and food delivery drivers will refuse to go...
There was a story of a postal worker shot in the hood just the other day... Delivering mail and gets shot..
