I'm going to make a prediction about police in the US and race relations

It's going to reach a point in certain cities/counties where racial tensions are the highest, that when a black person gets pulled over department policy will be to radio for a black officer to take over. Obviously if a call comes in and the person of interest is black, then dispatch will roll a black officer to scene automatically.

I would be surprised if this doesn't already happen. you can bet that departments try to pair up black and white officers whenever they can.

Certain populations do not see black or white with cops. They only see blue. They are against the blue. Race is immaterial.

I'll take this a tad further. The color, white, black or blue, is irrelavant to them. They're simply against obeying the laws of the land.
