That just doesn't register in my mind. One should be grown up in their early 20's.

What's weird to me these days, if you have an opinion on anything, and share it, you're "judging".

I think someone can be grown up and not be ready to get married and have kids. I feel very grown up, but I wouldn't want to have kids till I was at least in my early 30's (27 right now).

They probably won't blow you in the backseat on the first date though.

Provide for yourself and be a productive member of society.

Kids and marriage have nothing to do with being grown up.

So because someone chooses to enjoy their 20's instead of marrying the first person that comes along and popping out kids that makes them childish to you? Sounds like you made some bad decisions in your 20's and regret not enjoying your youth.

I totally agree. Knowing you're not ready for marriage and kids is not the same as being immature. Living at home until you are ready or going to school indefinitely to stave off real life and half arse working lower level jobs through your 20s while mommy and daddy mostly support you is what I'm talking about.

I think it's hilarious that feminists for years have said "I can do what I want, I'm an independent woman!"

And now men are doing the same. We are out banging 22 year olds, partying with our friends, and have a shite ton of disposable income not supporting a woman and her progeny.

And now the feminists are pissed off that it backfired on them, so you have posters like drunkinpumpkin that make comments about "peter pans" and "silly" and "not being men".

It's a joke. These bitches asked for it, they got it. Action, Reaction.

I have faith in my generation that once they roll into their 30s, they'll grow up quickly.

They'll grow up when they marry and have kids or otherwise begin to live a less self-centered life, just like they would have in their 20s if thy had chosen to do those things then. Or in their teens if this was 200 years ago.

I don't see what the big deal is still having a ball in their 20s so long as they're not hurting anyone or the country as a whole.

Well that's the question, isn't it. Instead of thinking about that question, everyone just assumes no harm is being done.

Early 20s? bullshite. You should take that time to dabble, have little responsibility, and go see the world. You'll never have that opportunity again. I loved having no responsibility, had a great life, and saw the world before getting career oriented around 25. Absolutely no regrets with that and everyone should take a year or two off after college and see the world.
