I'm at a Bar, my buddy is a Patriots fan, someone lives above the bar and we are

being loud supposedly. He came down to tell us to quiet down. We are in a downtown bar and didn't know someone lives above the bar.i hate the patriots along with others and are wishing for Patriots to lose. What is the proper protocol?
