Yep but I missed it the first time.

I’m going with the theory that he had a piece of cake that still had the toothpick in it. The texture and structure of a cake with icing can be smushed and clumped in your mouth. The sugar makes it easy to eat too quickly.

I was married to my ex wife for nearly 30 years. At the time this happened, I had only been seeing my “girlfriend” for about a month. I used the term girlfriend because it’s quicker to type out than “this girl I’ve recently started seeing”.

My ex wife is a NP and she would have probably laughed and told me better call someone who cares
