I'm all for his opinion.
Let him and the rest of the Chicago/Illinois politicians keep condoning this behavior.
If they want to live in a shite hole where these type of actions are encouraged, great. The citizens keep voting for this type of political oversight, so it's obviously what they want.
It sucks for those that live there that don't approve of it, but they can either vote against it or move.
