Been deported 5 times, then kills 5 and you’re talking about a reward that’s less than 100K. Maybe a secure border would have stopped it from ever happening. This country has the resources to lock the southern border down anytime the powers that be truly want to.

But let’s also put this hypothetical out there, if Mexico does capture him, they would not agree to an extradition if he faces the death penalty. Mexico does not like the death penalty.
