I don't know if our HOA allows rentals. We have a lot of old people in my neighborhood that were the original residents in the late 60s and early 70s.

Given the general area, there are already a lot of cheap, shitty rentals around like Blvd De Province.
Renting homes probably puts them closer to the nearby neighborhoods like Camelot instead.
