If your waitress brings you the wrong bill

and it is lower than what it should be for whatever reason.
Do you bring it to her attention and get her to bring the correct bill or chalk it up to her dumb mistake and pay the bill she brought out?

Happened to me this weekend and I was surprised at some my friend's reaction to what I did.

What would you have done?

btw....I paid what I owed.

Uh, this.

She's not going to get the other customer to pay for the bill. If she has a good manager, they might take the loss. If not, she will pay for it herself.

I wpuld ask if the bill is correct, if they say yes pay it and move on.

happened to me just last week...the bill she brought was $150 lower than mine was...I mentioned it to her and paid what I owed...

ETA: I paid the higher...
