Trump has COVID b/c Hope Hicks didnt wear a mask.

I bet he wishes he required his staff to wear them at all times right about now.

I hate the mask as much as anyone, but if it's a choice between wearing a mask so I can feed my family and not working, then work wins.

Unlikely. As an adult, he is allowed to make decisions for himself and understands the risks involved.

If Scruffy could work in the ER without a mask, like he has been doing for years prior to this, he would.

There were viruses then.

There will be viruses in the future.

Scruffy accepts the risk.

I'm sure if you ever got into a car wreck and flew through a dash window your last thoughts would be "Meh, I knew the risks. I still say frick wearing a seat belt!"

It's simply about an employer or federal mandates to wear/comply with what they think keep you safe and personal choice/freedoms.

What else would it be about?

If I had an employee that wouldn't wear a hard hate, eye protection, gloves, etc he wouldn't be an employee very long.

Per OSHA if you require someone wear a N95 mask then you are required to provide them with a fit test annually. If you have a beard, you will not pass a fit test.
