Thailand is inexpensive (important in your 20's), great food, friendly people, plenty of expats. Tough to beat. Mexico City for similar reasons.

What’s the capital of Thailand?

It's such a damn shame that the Pacific Northwewt is such a shithole politically, because from the SF Bay to Vancouver is some of the most beautiful landscapes and best weather in the world.

People say this shite but some of those areas legit have two months of good weather and poor air quality from fires when it does warm up.

We were having beautiful weather here in Louisiana and it was still freezing up there.

It's 59 degrees in Eugene, OR right now. It feels like 99 at 8pm outside right now at my house. Give me the 59 degrees

I don't think this is true. There is definitely fire season in Oregon or Washington but it doesn't last 10 months.

I don't know man, I lived in Louisiana for 25 years, and I'll take 40 degrees and crisp in April while Louisiana has a nice spot of weather in exchange for a June day like today where it was 68 degrees at 2 PM with a cool breeze.

why Cheyenne exactly?

It’s a cheap, decent sized city with low crime. Close enough to mountain stuff, but without having to deal with feet of snow at a time. Being close to the mountains is great but being IN the mountains is inconvenient as hell.

Liechtenstein. I’d drink Schnapps and wander the mountains without a care for the geopolitical world.
