And by the way, diversity for the sake of diversity is having negative side effects in both the civilian and military sector. A co-workers daughter (no pics) is a naval medical officer in the medical field and she is getting out because the system no longer rewards hard work and merit. Her roommates were slobs and completely unprofessional. She and others have voiced their complaints up the chain of command and nothing is done for fear of being politically incorrect. So the USN nets a loss of a great officer and gets to keep shitty officers for the sake of PC.

How does diversity make us a better country?
