I'm impressed with his ability to escape, especially under the influence. he should have dropped the taser and not looked back (taking into account he already fled).

I hate dui so ultimately I wish he was caught and locked up a while.

a better thread is to ask when does police stop being police and starts being an attacker. in that case, shouldn't the person be allowed to defend him/herself?

I wonder what the proper procedure is for when a criminal flees arrest. Apparently shooting them in the back is not acceptable. So, what is a cop supposed to do? Let him go?
