I'm thinking Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire. They are definitely South America. Somewhere farther north in the Lesser Antilles, also, depending on where you where you want to put the dividing line between NA and SA.

To all who answered Switzerland, lots of luck. They don't want you. We have a very well educated family member who put up with their minutia and is now living there legally. Most people are not educated enough in the specialties that Switzerland wants...so they're not going to be let in.
