As stated in the original thread, I'd head to my cave and be off the grid.

quote:

When I was a kid in Western PA, my friends and I went on a hike in the middle of the mountains, and ended out in the deep woods, at least 2-3 miles away from civilization. We stumbled upon some old caves (we called them Indian caves), including one which was a crevasse in the ground which led to an approximate 30-foot underground tunnel. When I was 14 (in 1989), before I moved to Louisiana, I wrote a note and put it in a glass jar and put it near the entrance to that cave, with my new contact info in Louisiana in case anyone found it. In 2015 I went back, and the jar was still there, untouched. I've always said that if I ever got caught up in a situation such as this, that I'd go to my cave and nobody would ever find me. Not the ideal situation, but a heckuva lot better than prison.

Go to city with large homeless/addict population. Befriend addicts of similar age/height/look. Buy his identity than murder him via overdose(already murdered once right) burn his body so he can’t be identified. John Doe junkie died and burned his tent down.

You emerge from “rehab” a new man. Immigrate to country with low cost of living and easy immigration like Thailand. Marry local girl and open up bar in Phuket or Pataya.

The Keys, then on to Cuba to procure documents. Afterwards I would alternate between Lombok/The Maldives.

You’d have to use a false identification or stolen one to hold any type of job if you didn’t have a shite load of cash.

Best bet beyond living off the land is acquire fake documents and ID after changing appearances. Buy a used camper or RV with cash and park it at some rural RV park that doesn’t ask questions and takes cash to use. Try to stay out of public eye for a year or two stretching your cash out until people forget about you then Try to find a job as a bartender or something where you can work for cash tips

I would do what ever Kaitlyn Armstrong is doing, she walked out of the Austin PD on May 12th, and they are still looking.

Well, if you judge from when I was in Home Depot the other day and needed some help, apparently I already have disappeared.

Something rarely discussed is how a motorcycle would be better than a car.

1. Less fuel, saves money
2. Wear helmet, hides your face
3. Fast, elusive and more likely to evade cops if shite goes bad
4. Can hide it easily when you have to stop and rest. Use abandoned houses and shite till you reach your destination

The real issue is getting there. There are plenty of places in the world that don't have an extradition treaty with the United States, where you could essentially live a normal life and not really have to be in hiding.

You’re absolutely right on that, no clue how you’d leave easily. I just feel like any place that is decent might use you as a political pawn if you are caught which is why I picked a fairly extreme anarchist state

My family has a huge huge ranch in south texas about an hour from the border. Although I figure if I murdered somebody they would go looking for me there.

Probably best bet would be Mexico or some other Latin American country. Convince a girl to fall in love with you and try to get a fake ID and birth certificate made. It probably wouldn’t be that hard. 140 years ago all you had to do move west and you could start over. Lots of people faked their death or just fled and moved west. Of course you had to worry about Indians back then

You don't really need a passport.

You can get to Canada without one, there are areas that you can walk through the woods across the border.

We know that there are holes in the Mexico border.

You don't need a passport to cross a border crossing in Mexico.

One interesting thing about trying to make a breakaway now (thought still difficult internationally) is you can travel around / go I places wearing a mask / face covering / bandana with no questions asked.

Same way it was done in the movie Mud. Get an abandoned boat outta the swamp, get it running, and sail off to South America. Belize, probably (no extradition treaty).

I went to Belize once, and it is definitely where I would go if I didn’t want to be found. There was actually a white guy there we came across that was very adamant about not being in a picture after we tried to get a picture with him and our fishing guide (he was working with the charter company in some capacity at the dock). Nice guy, but it was clear he was hiding from something.
