Just wondering how good of a job this is to have? They always have the nicest and most polite staff. Seems like with all the processes they have in place, once it's starts running, it will basically run itself.

I believe this is correct. IIRC, you also have to go through their operator training program and then be selected. Not quite as simple as just buying in.

One of the cheapest franchises to buy into (I think it's around $5-10k) but very difficult interview process to get one. They control the locations.
