Are DUI checkpoints equally placed across all of a parish/city or do they place them where they have the most drunk people?

I think people that are on some form of government assistance (that are able bodied) should have to go do 8 hours of community services involving cleaning parks or roads on Labor Day.

Has anyone else noticed an abnormal amount of moths this Summer? Those frickers are everywhere......all kinds, all sizes. I have to go to war with them every time I try to go in and out of the house after dark. I walk across the yard or mess with a plant or bush they fly in all directions.

Not just here in LA either. Drove into south Mississippi last weekend, and damn near needed a chisel to find my truck's front bumper afterwards.

Germany used to have a program where people on assistance had to show up at the city center and do work around the town like trash pick up or mowing city grass. If you were able they put you to work to get your assistance. I'm not sure how long ago that was, but I remember seeing something about it.
