Abraham was not well known in south LA and had peanuts compared to Rispone in advertising (Abraham is very wealthy but Rispone is just on a different level). New Orleans really knew nothing about Ralph.
Rispone played the "baw" card as well as he could. In the end, the R party just didnt have the right guy. Eerily similar to Mike Foster for 8 years. I recall a ton of Republicans (which he was) were so over him. I think a lot of moderates who voted for JBE are doing a face palm maneuver right now.

Every single elected official is still getting paid. They're covering their own a$$es with this. One thing is for sure. The American people will never take a shutdown again. It will not happen.

You can chalk Abraham not winning the primary to dumb fricking coonasses that simply refuse to elect somebody from north of Alexandria.

Or you can attribute it to a reluctant, shitty, red neck candidate who wasn’t well known south of Alec and didn’t do Dick to get himself known to any voters south of Bastrop.

It is an amazing phenomenon that happens.
We see the same thing with Hillary voters.
For some odd reason, we have the largest contingent of Gary Johnson voters in the USA on here.
