Oh if I have total control, I’d also close down about 5 or 6 universities in LA.

There’s no reason 4.5 million people need 13 four year universities. That’s absurd.
I’d also build some mega freeway systems connecting Acadiana -> BR -> NOLA. One huge combined metro area.

I don’t know if you know this, but most capital cities aren’t shitty. Most are pretty nice and get way more funding than other cities in states.

Move the capital to Alexandria and LSU back to Pineville. Students won't have to worry about getting robbed right off campus anymore.
