love what i do.
but if i had to choose it probably would be construction management. have the pedigree with my father working for brown and root and Halliburton all his life. from his tools to superintendent. so much knowledge i could tap just from him to get ahead. not to mention contacts. he has guys who came up under him now running entire projects that still come to him for advise.

Have a degree in kinesiology, would go back in CM in college I worked part time for an electrical contractor and over 5 years was able to work my way from helper to purchasing and billing and was learning estimation. Hated the 10 hour days and now dream of working 4x10s. Although my schedule is incredibly flexible and I do ok, comission based pay gets stressful

Probably computer science. I find myself drawn to aspects of my job that let me solve problems and build processes using data.

Glad you were able to get in. I did 8 years in the Marines and figured "hey, let me get a CJ degree and go FedLE"
I didn't even get a call back from any agencies I applied to. Guess a lot of guys that get out of the military are competing for the same work. I had to eventually just get a job so I ended up getting into business.
ETA: I would still love to get into Federal LE, so any tips would be welcomed.

I was in petroleum engineering and wouldn't change it, because it was one of the easier engineering majors and also the most interesting. But I am pigeon holed to one industry, and one that is in a downturn now.
Honestly don't really know what I would do in school besides engineering. Probably just get a degree to have one and then do sales or something
