Bass player in a bar band in the Keys every March-early November. Save up enough each year to spend Thanksgiving through the end of February in the Appalachians.

Give me gigantic fields to cut with an air conditioned tractor. I’d Bush Hog until the day I retire.

I sometimes think it would be great to just walk away from my career and run a margarita stand at the beach making 10 bucks an hour, maybe bartend.

I could count minnows at the launch.

Being a park ranger at a national park easily for me.
Or maybe opening a cool little brewery with a pizza shop in it. Both would be cool.

In the episode I linked, a Washington DC lawyer quit her job to be a Hiking Guide in Peru. They showed her houses for rent between 150-250/month. picturesque views extremely cheap cost of living.
Most people who own their own home could just rent it out and live there off the rental income. Retire today, but they choose to work instead.

Fishing guide in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Getting paid to catch walleye, musky, northern, bass and perch sounds like heaven on earth to me.

I sent in my application to The Real World, so I'm hoping to hear back from that. I'm putting a lot of my eggs into that basket, the MTV basket. And if that doesn't work out I'm thinking about getting a gun, and dealin' crack. Being a crack dealer. Not, like, a mean crack dealer, but like... like a nice one. Kinda friendly, like, "Hey, what's up guys? You want some crack?". I'm just kinda waiting on those two things to flesh themselves out.

Bouncer at Ms Mae's. But a friendly one for a change.

My wife's (no pics) aunt (no pics) spends 1/2 of the year in Gatlingburg in a Chalet and the other 1/2 in a beach-front house in Ormond Beach, Florida
While I'm super jealous, we can stay at either place for free whenever we like so I'll take what I can get
However, bartending in the Caymans sounds great

Always wanted to drop everything and try to go pro at fishing. Like on the bassmaster level. Only problem is I’d need a better boat and it’s like $30k per tournament for the entry fee. And about $100k per year for travel expenses and tackle and such. Maybe one day I’ll hit the lotto and be able to afford to give it a shot. Fishing competitively is exciting to me, and traveling and trying to get with the local girls is always fun too.

I'd be a hardcore alcoholic/drug user after about six months of not having a goal at work. I'm not meant to be idle. It'd be nice for a short periods, though.

I dropped out and move to Montana. Somehow I ended up owning a restaurant company.
