Euthanize everyone. In the time it takes every baby to reach the age of 40 there will be practically no crime. In another 40 there will hardly be anyone left. In another 40 everyone will be dead. Problem solved.

Make loitering and truancy capital offenses. Throw parents of convicts in jail. Mandatory tubal ligation after 1st bastard childbirth.

Anyone who commits a violent crime should be RFID chipped and an app should exist so you know when you are in the area of a violent criminal.

edit - Sex offenders as well

I agree. I’ll never forget one early morning I was on my way to do a job and I happened to drive by a jail/prison and they were all outside playing basketball. It looked like a kids’ camp and they were having a ball. And there I was going to work like a sucker.
