If we’re talking dream job without considering salary I wish I would’ve majored in English instead of STEM. Reading and writing are my only true hobbies but like you I was good at math, physics, etc.

Home builder. I had a great time building my house. So many industries coming out with new products all the time, new styles to keep up with so it’s not stale, and I enjoy putting the puzzle pieces together of a build. In the end, you should have a happy customer, and something impressive to look at for gratification. Plus I would think it’s a good position to be in to open other ancillary lines of revenue like a plumbing company or an electrical company.

Have a close friend who does this in Hawaii and Alaska. She's not going to Hawaii this year, doing Heliskiing here.

Sounds like a blast.

I am on my third profession. It’s sort of a spin-off off of my second but completely different from
My first.

Yep. I’m sure it has its downsides, but I’d love to experience them

My friend does this. He owns a fab shop and makes fuselages for surface to air and air to ground missile systems among other things.

eta...fab shop might be underselling it a bit.

1. Barber in a traditional barber shop. You only need to know three or so hair cuts plus you tell jokes and shoot the shite all day.

2. Color commentator for a AA baseball team.
