If there was a pill that would allow you to live until the age of 200

Would you take it? With the caveat that you would be the only one you know to have access to the pill/ The pill would lengthen your natural life meaning you wouldn't die of natural causes until the age of 200 but you could still be murdered etc. I'm not sure if I would. Every person I know would be long dead before I would die. Every friend I would make until close to my death would die before I would. Seems like it would be a depressing existence. Although I would be interested in seeing the development of technology during that time period.

What’s the aging process? Do I get to press pause at 25 and just stay that age for 150 years?

I would have to know what my quality of life would be. Would I be an infirm old man who needs someone to wipe my arse or will I be banging 20-somethings when I am 150?
