If The United States Were Divided Into 4 Countries How Would It Be Divided?

I think the northeast would be the smallest country. Delaware, Rhode Island, then New York and every thing north of it. Then Pennsylvania down to Virginia, stops at the border of Missouri and Kansas then goes north and includes all the states in the middle of that area.
Then everything from Kansas on up, New Mexico and west of, up to Washington then North Dakota would be its own country then everything else would be a 4th country. Thoughts?

Sadly, I've considered us splitting up the US due to massive political differences and also because I'm a weirdo. My conclusion was that it would be most fair to split the country from Canada to Mexico so that everyone had cold and warm climates, beaches and mountains.
I think the western half would be more desirable but giving it to the commies means we'd have fewer of them to move.
