I work hard during the week, and then after a good work out, I need some booze to wind down from the week. Maybe because I'm from an Episcopal household I find this behavior to be really normal.

I had a grandfather who drank like a fish. He might not have finished a handle everyday, but he got pretty damn close.

Had a friend that drank two beers everyday when he came home from work- He asked that question to a counselor at a CDU unit- Counselor ask my friend a simple question

Can you go 30 days without a drink? Friend tries it, answer is no-- He admitted himself to the unit

so - lay off the stuff for 30 days- if you can maybe you have nothing to worry about- if you can't you have a problem

The day I get drunk on 7 ounces of liqour that isn't everclear is the day I never drink again.

I mean, I drank one sunday while cooking and will likely have another before sunday.

Only reason I took vacation this week was to do yard work.
