It would depend on my age, and I say this as a 65 year old. Yes, the 25 year old is likely hotter, with attributes that are not yet sagging or chubby. However, the 35 year old has had more life experiences, and we'd almost certainly have more in common, and more to talk about, during the majority of each day.

Probably not the answer you were expecting, so go ahead and down vote. But having lived this long, it's my opinion at this stage of my life.
