Get a small hypodermic syringe (with needle). Fill syringe with doe scent. Stick syringe into the rubber gasket stuff around window of car (or any other small opening you can get it into).
Will pretty much create a big stink inside the car that will make it quite unpleasant but be hard to detect where the smell is exactly.

Parking in someone's reserved spot is one thing but blocking someone's driveway so they can't get out is quite another. That's the sort of action that generates real rage.

It may be a bit bothersome, but get a couple of orange 5 gal buckets, some ready mix, a couple of fence posts, and some custom signs that indicate in no uncertain terms that the spots are assigned. Shouldn't be that expensive...I'm planning on doing same at our condo during game weekends that we have guests.
