Exactly. There may be some unsolved cases in the PA area that eventually will be linked to the guy.
If he committed other crimes in the WA/ID area, it would have likely been within the last half year.

I cannot imagine how I would handle such a situation. If there weren’t any red flags or warning signs that their son/brother/cousin/nephew had it in him to do something this horrific, they probably believe whatever he’s told them.

You’re right. Good point. They’re likely already checking the desales university area for unsolved murders (Allentown, PA)
He got his bachelors there in 2020 and masters in 2022.
This fox article outlines his education/location history

i get the feeling that these parents were the type to tell their socially awkward kid that the other kids didn't like him because he was smarter, better, etc., than the other kids...it might explain why he thought he was intelligent enough to commit a crime like this and get away with it, if he actually did believe that is how this would play out...

Here he is arriving at the courthouse

He is not a small guy.
I’m thinking he slashed throats of one sleeping victim first. The other victim in the same room put up SOMEwhat of a struggle but it was hopeless. Poor things. The second victim in each room was a little more awake simply due to being the second victim in the room / commotion of the first being killed before them.
But I don’t think the murders took long at all long, nor were they loud. I’m 5’4” 118lbs. I just measured the height my 26” arms can reach while lying on a pillow in bed. From the floor the highest point they reach is 58” so I wouldn’t have stood a chance to live, obviously, but i wouldn’t have even been able to put up much of a FIGHT from that position— ESPECIALLY if I was asleep. He would have slit my throat stabbed slice slice slice and I would have been done. A small female can’t do much defensively while lying in bed with a large man standing over her holding a USMC knife while she’s asleep. He had the element of surprise. These girls didn’t stand a chance.
I do wonder if he knew Ethan would be there? Did that catch him off guard?

Parents can’t afford lawyer so
Kohberger will get a public defender when he returns to Idaho. There is no state public defender system in Idaho. There are four lawyers in Latah County who are contracted with the county for Public defender work. One, Cathy Mabbutt, is also the county coroner, so she’s out I’m assuming. Conflict of interest, right

Maybe I'm just different IDK, but you almost never hear the neighbors or family come out and say "that guy was weird as frick". I would have no issues calling some family or neighbors out, personally. I currently have pretty good neighbors. But I have one guy down the street that lived in an old van while remodeling a house that was hit by lightning and caught fire. He seems creepy as frick, I mean he lived in that damn van for like 9 months. I thought he was just a worker and then he moved in. I really want to know the whole story like the house never went up for sale or anything, hit by lightning and a couple weeks later this dudes van is parked out front and he's working on it.

An interview with the alleged perp's down stairs neighbor in the apartment building in Washington state had her talking about him pacing around his apartment all night long and she wondered when he slept. Someone else said they never saw him without a cup of coffee to drink.
Trouble sleeping isn't grounds for investigation.
Why did he chose Washington State?

How soon do they fly him to Idaho? Tonight or tomorrow?

Authorities surveilled the trip using Easy Pass to track him. They also used law enforcement fixed wing aircraft and ground support to track his location handing off. He was stopped a couple of times during the trip once for speeding and another issue unclear
What is easy pass?

Same thing as GeauxPass.
These are the states that use it:

What an idiot. Why even put yourself in a position to get pulled over?
