Been following this since day 1. I was really happy for the family, community and the school when I heard earlier today.
Hopefully this can begin the healing process for the families that had to live through the initial pain and the long investigation with limited information.

Danny Rolling did something similar, not sure if it was a sorority house but he went after Coeds in Florida.
He was from Shreveport. His dad was a cop who beat the shite out of him.

Without murder weapon, sex crime involved, or reported use of dna by police to completely rule out some of the others tied to victims I had been assuming 3rd party dna wasn’t able to be tied 100% to only the killer during murders. Any found would first need to exclude any found from verified innocent people who had valid reasons for being in house recently or around them earlier that night.
I also wasn’t sure how long it takes in real world to process all the blood at scene to distinguish any mixed in from someone other than victims. From early descriptions including the pic of blood dripping down cement the 2nd floor bedroom, where the victim with defensive wounds was murdered, had a large amount of the victims’ blood.

If DNA was found under victims fingernails, or his own blood droplets at scene, as well as in his vehicle, that would be what they are looking for.
With a murder this allegedly gruesome, there's going to be heaps of DNA in his car no matter how much he tried to clean up.
