I don’t understand half of what newsjunkie (Kim, maybe?) is saying but it sounds like he/she is taking a lot of info from someone named Kim who called into the Drunk Turkey channel on YouTube. She has kids at WSU and said:

There’s a big drug problem in the area and big problems with Greeks and Sigma Chi particularly

The Brent guy (30s) was living with college kids, ex military with PTSD, worked in the tech department at U of I and was likely involved in the murders or the murderer

The university and Christ Church have too much power and influence

There was a period of time before the roommates called the cops where there was some cleaning of drugs in the house

The house was a trap house.

There have been at least 10 U of I students who’ve died since May 2022

In addition there’s an Instagram account House in Habit who does investigations into news stories and she got tips from people other than Kim who say similar things. She also shows where Kim proved she contacted the FBI and she is who she says she is. She seems to believe this all revolves around a major drug ring too and that Dylan was the contact in the house and Dylan’s boyfriend was a big time dealer. There’s another woman who lived behind the house who is rumored to be involved who also drove for Door Dash.

Unfortunately some of this is for subscribers only but it’s interesting and when it’s laid out legibly like this I think there is credibility to some of these rumors and theories.

I never said that’s what I believe. I was summarizing the video where newsjunkie is likely getting info (or may the original source herself) and what someone else, who has done a lot of research and talked to a lot of people, has said. Look at her account, how many followers she has and who follows her. It’s not some small account with outrageous conspiracy theories.

I am married to a veteran, my father is a veteran and I have many, many more in my family, from all branches of service. However, being a veteran doesn’t mean you’re incapable of murder or involved in shady shite. And again, I’m not saying he had anything to do with it because I have no idea what happened.

The posts are difficult to read. Punctuation is lacking as well complete sentences and figuring out when one ends and a new one starts. Little to no capitalization exists. That makes me question the "is highly educated" statement. These are not simple typos. I stopped reading his posts and moved on along.
