I worked in BR in gardere.. Arrested just as much trash on east that was white as I did black on west side. I just am not gonna sit back and act like tats or hair has anything to do with anything especially when I keep reading headlines every SINGLE day about what creepy old guys are doing.

In a previous job, my uncle was a corporate axe man. When there were layoffs, he would be the bad guy from the home office who would come in and break the news. It took some pressure off the local management team.

Actually it begin in the mid 80s after U.S Postal workers killed managers, co-workers, & themselves. The Postal Service fought the use of the term in print successfully, until it was used in an article in the early 90s. The St Petersburg Times I believe.
Not to be argumentative, your point stands, I just find it interesting that the term was suppressed for quite some time.
