They often leave a cool swath in their wake. All the wind mixing the water from below ends up with a cooling of the surface.

there's a wide spread from Louisiana to the tip of Florida on the final path and everyone in this wide area should be have their plans in place, but the actual track is highly dependent on where the LLC actually forms

IDK, this is just about the question of "do we have a closed low"?
