Well, 2 of those 3.

The forecasters kept saying to look for 8-9" at my house and I couldn't figure out how they knew that.

Maybe you should ask your wife what they mean by that.

I’m at the Embassy Suites in Uptown, not too many trees to worry about.

True..just watch out for the hordes of homeless drug addicts that have taken over since Covid, and the white collars started working from home.
My 12yo daughter was getting whistled at, midday, Panthers game day, when my wife was taking her to a musical. Uptown is a different place now.

They have obviously been digging in your wife's underwear drawer.

I was supposed to fly into Myrtle last night for a four day golf trip. No problem canceling fights, one hotel night or rental car. The the rest was at a beach side resort that was tied to the golf. At first they refused to allow us to reschedule but, thankfully, they last night called waving their no cancelation policy. I think it was due to a state of emergency being issued.

It definitely sucked, worst traffic I've ever been in, and then it turned out it was all unnecessary and it was worse where I evacuated to

You really have to see it on video to appreciate it. A bowl cut like that doesn't come along every day, and outside of Simple Jack, doesn't exist in modern television.

I crossed I-26 out of Charleston from points south on 95 at noon and it was already jammed. Game traffic and that thing coming at us was not going to be a good mix. Still an easy drive to Columbia on the back roads.

I don’t think many are evacuating for this, traffic not much heavier than normal up 26 and 77. Hopefully no one regrets staying.
