I should just stop paying my rents. I have 2 places in 2 different cities. I should just say fricke it and be a bum considering squatter laws would be on my side in at least 1

Very easy solution. Get a couple large individuals and a locksmith. Drag him out then change the lock. Have a doorman for a couple days. If he tries to return, tell him bye. No physical contact because his pussy arse would sue

I wouldn't hire shite. I'd put a gun to his head and tell him give me your phone or you're dead.
