I used to take solace that the bums and whinos are too lazy to wake up early

But damnit, at 6;45 AM, got woken up with a bum screaming match. These frickers should be asleep. I'd want to call the police but I can't tell where they are. Think they're 2/3 blocks away outside of subway station where they always hang. I really don't know why they haven't all been arrested for the very least of loitering.

Police aren't going to do anything. Bums can't be arrested. They can set up tents anywhere they want in the city, yell and scream at random people, take a shite on a sidewalk out in broad daylight, set up shop at any business they want and heckle customers, shake their dicks at women walking by, and shoot up drugs out in the open. Law enforcement and our lawmakers have allowed it.

There is a bum problem in Athens lol. Clarke County is a very very very poor area. I think it was top 4 for cities of its size for highest poverty rate at one point.
I live elsewhere now in a fricking high rise. Sound travels pretty far. I hear stuff from pretty far away. And I leave my windows open for air circulation

Oh, shut up. Average income in my neighborhood where I live is 130k. And that's including all the young professionals living in high rises to bring that rate down. And the neiborhood is like 95% white.

I have a hard time finding anything to "take solace" in with regard to bums. Except maybe that I'm glad I'm not one? I guess that fulfills the minimum requirement on the subject.
