It's really just anatomy. It's an issue of design and structure. What might just be dirty skidmarks for a man, is a UTI for a woman. Cause it's just right there, with welcoming curtains.

It's Bacterial vaginosis and she may not know what the hell is going on down there if she's younger(20s). BV unlike other issues/stds will have no other symptoms except it's wetter than normal and a fishy smell. She's 5 days of Flagyl away from it going away and it's not contagious. But go ahead and ruin a relationship because you're an ignorant child.
