Southeast Ak is very mild. Seldom gets below 15 degrees, very rarely touches 80-90. Maybe once a year.

I’m the same way. Heat index was about 108 today and I ran 3 miles at the track. Felt like a Greek god after.

I love it. Worked out legs outside at 6 am yesterday and shoulders this am. I was drenched for both but felt great. Yesterday at 6 pm I washed my car and today I did my wife’s. I was soaked again but loved it. It’s miserable holding a cold bar working out in the winter and absolutely horrible washing a car in the cold. I will be outside all weekend too. Just gotta keep drinking a ton of water.

Not rare at all. But not common, either.
I actually “flourished” in the heat and mountains in Vietnam while others dropped away; I loved playing golf at midday in August; walk my dog into the ground in midsummer; used to do yard work from noon till sunset; etc. But I have the metabolism of a snake during the late fall through early spring.
Then during an appointment with an elderly neurologist some 20+ years ago for a minor, temporary twitch, he told me I simply had a genetic condition (it has a long name) that naturally predisposed me to high functioning in the heat. He said it was not that common, and was indeed unusual, but not at all rare.
He opined that it was so for only three or so in an extended family per generation. Now, was he a wise old doc? Or a quack?
He surely nailed my life to a tee.

Sweating def makes me feel like I worked but only after a cold shower and sitting in my recliner.

You do you man. I just got back from eating outdoors for 3 hours and never once came close to breaking a sweat. That’s more my vibe.

If my laptop wouldn't overheat I'd setup shop outside with extra monitors. My dog would probably bark at me more so that would make it difficult.

I’m sort of the same way OP. Except I do just fine in the 70s and far prefer it.
I don’t work outside either but I feel like sweating is the worst part of the heat and I can get over it

I'm in the process of selling my old house and the HVAC died. Went over today to do the yardwork and check on the new HVAC installation. Finished half of the yardwork and, dripping wet, I decided to go inside to cool off.
Yes, I called myself a dumbass when I went inside that hot arse house. Spent the next 30 minutes in the car with the air on high.
The guys installing the unit spent 8 hours since duct work in the crawl space and attic was also done. They are a lot younger than me but looked beat up at the end of the job. They then spent additional time "fluffing" the grass where the old unit had mashed the grass down.
Installers are well paid and don't expect a tip. These guys, after initially declining, got a good one.
Damn hot (103 heat index with no breeze) and I'm in Tennessee, not LA. I know LA is hotter but it was hot
