Probably so.
They make up roughly 12% of the US population. If shite hit the fan (which it likely won't), it would not bode well for them in the long run.
Would probably last longer than it needed to with our current President being as apologetic for them as he is.

Alot of you really need to lay off social media and the tv. Besides the Dallas shooting, by far most of the folks who incite violence and threats are all empty. No body really wants to see a race war.
Most people just want to lower the bloodshed, not raise it.

Because historically the black crimes are in black neighborhoods. Let them do what they want there.
