Seems more likely that the freeze blockage is closer to the toilet.
This would not explain the sound of running water.....

it probably means that your whole pipe isnt frozen. Just nearest the elements

I tried putting boiling water up my faucets outside but they are all pointed down.
Get a wrench and turn the faucet so it points up

just leave the water running for like 30 minutes so you can thaw out your pipes. Should be good to go after that
I'll do that if the boiling water doesnt work. The sheetrock isnt even wet, so these idiots talking about busted pipes dont know what theyre talking about.

You have a serious problem going on. Call your local fire department and ask for help.

. I'm going to boil some water and put it in the toilet tank and flush to see if that helps.
Where are you going to get the water from?

I had a pipe burst in a wall and the sheet-rock never got wet. After about 12 hours of being thawed I noticed because the carpet in the room was wet.

Consider this; in 10 years and over 14,000 posts you have not made enough of an impression here for people to know if you are trolling or just stupid as frick. It might be time for you to just do a porn bomb ban and get it over with.

Connect a hose pipe, hold the other end up and pour the boiling water into the hose pipe, then put it to your mouth and blow the boiling water up into the pipe.

The drain pipe and inbound pipe are probably next to each other. Maybe if I heat the drain pipe the inbound pipe will heat up.
How much do you know about plumbing?
I feel like youre working with a limited knowledge set here .
