I think I saw two dead people today while driving the BR streets.

Pretty sure I did, anyway. If they weren't then they were at least incapacitated and bloody. At lunch there was one near 19th st in BR (police were already on the scene) and just now there was one in Watson.

Telecommuting is starting to look more attractive.

be sure to add "north" before you generalize the whole city.

what about it?

Thats one microscopic ghetto trash street surrounded by LSU, Nicholson, and highland rd which are great areas in BR.

Every city has their old trashy streets.

FWIW i do agree with you, Gardere should be burned down. Without anyone dieing of course. Im not a killer.

Gardere has gotten a lot better. Murders still happen but they're far less frequent compared to 10 years ago when it was known as Pakistan.

Old South Baton Rouge is still pretty bad between LSU and Downtown, but it looks like the new Nicholson corridor will change that. Gentrification is encroaching on all sides.

The Watson body was due to a car crash. Looked pretty bad.

People that still make garnered into some dangerous slum area have clearly not been through the neighborhood recently. ive been on some of those side streets at night and never felt uncomfortable

Gracie Street? There was a shooting there. Vic is critical, not dead.

Where in Watson? I know AirMed responded to a wreck with ejection in LP.

DTL and SVG's existence were hidden from the public for years. Detectives knew there were at least two SK's operating in BR. The amount of murders could easily hide another one.

Many murders are still unsolved.

Yep. Looked like investigators just showed up.

On HWY 16. I thought it might be an ejection. front of his truck as completely smashed into the cab so maybe an ejection was better.

I hope they both lived!
