Sounds like she got the jail time because the judge wanted a Handy from the lawyer. He had some beef with that Lawyer

It takes an entitled bitch to take a risk on 7 days in jail. Plead that shite down, and it sounds like that's what the judge was pissed about.

She's a teacher. Could have been during the summer.
This was posted in real time IIRC. That judge is on a power trip. Ignoring a joint recommendation on a misdemeanor to include jail time is just a complete "frick you" to both the prosecutor and defense attorney.
