I swallowed some meat loaf and it went down the wrong hole

I legit was having breathing issues for a while and spent an hour wheezing and throwing up. I can breathe and swallow now fine but I still feel like something is in my throat when I swallow though not as it was an hour ago

I almost passed out not to long ago like that. I actually was so close to passing out I fell to the floor. My wife was just sitting there like bye bye fricker, not a good look.

Guy in my hometown choked on a steak at dinner, went to bed that night and died in his sleep. It was lodged in his throat. Normal guy, early 20's

A friend of ours had a piece of steak stuck and he couldn't drink or breath well, ended up going to the doctor after a day and they got it out but told him he could have died if he waited much longer
