I get it. This is the OT where everyone is surly and it is part of the “game” here to be a constant hater. But these guys leave their jobs and families to go to help in what is a dangerous situation because that’s the right thing to do. Citizens helping other citizens. That’s what makes this country great. We should all learn from their example.

So you support people who go out and help rescue people in need.

Strong stance, OP. Way to draw the line in the sand on that one.

Surely that guy is wheelchair bound, right? Otherwise, carrying a guy in like a foot of water is strange.

First off...that picture was taken during Katrina....

11 years before the Cajun Navy was even thought of

Speaking of those craving attention, anyone check on old Kibbles? I mean I'm sure she's out near the coast already, right? Or is she still hear waiting for all of the amazon wish list to be filled?

Well there is a wheelchair in the boat on the left... so probably so.

I hope so.

Not that I hope the dude is handicapped, but... you know what I mean....

This is what a real hero's boat should look like...

I've never seen a Cajun Navy boat with this many people in it

I agree that the CN is a little too attention whorey, but I support their underlying result of helping people in need.
