Nothing about the Cajun Navy
Volunteer Mickey Monceaux carries David Johnson, who could not walk, to safety after he used his boat to rescue Johnson and other residents from a flooded neighborhood Wednesday on the east side of New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina left much of the city under water. Officials called for a mandatory evacuation of the city, but many residents remained and had to be rescued.

But do you support the Cajun Air Force and their leader Chief Air Marshall Landry?

Could you link something more credible? I had to make sure there wasn't any Nazi literature or links on that page, thought my IT guy was going to freak out.

Hey everyone look at me. I'm acting like there is some problem when there really isn't.
Leave the poor Cajun Navy alone

The cajun navy got me out of my home when Denham flooded. Sure it was just two good ole baws in a bass rig but they were a beautiful sight in 4 feet of water. Got me, my girl, and the dogs out and asked if we minded picking up some people a couple streets down. Told them we dont have any plans
.
Disasters suck, but I was Louisiana proud that day.

I hear what you're saying but it's not about the boats,it's about the people in em. When the flood hit that morning I'd never heard of the cajun navy. Wasn't a thing. But I knew some one would show up cause we (Louisiana baws) know mother nature has a way of putting us all on the same level. People, generally speaking, are good. On any given day Louisiana has its share of shitheels, but everyone's together in a disaster.
