I see a lot of wannabe bad asses in the OT. You don't see me explaining. Pour yourself some whiskey and enjoy your Saturday.

All you need is a blunt. Straight up. If I hotbox the box stand, within 30 min deer are out in the field munching clover.

Never used a feeder or salt lick... just planted food plots.

My grandpa would go out to the refuge, turn his c.b. on to listen to the hunters running dogs.

So he had no skills and had to rely on others to funnel game to him?

It's not that. It's the fact these guys aren't hunters. They wouldn't last long in the woods without their feeder.

I'm not a deer hunter, but ole baws would do just fine I think. They gear up more to take on a trophey buck. If it was a survival game, plenty easy enough to take out first one you see

Going to be even more expensive with no tax free weekend for hunters.

How are we going to buy junior a new 4 wheeler this year?

And you know this how? Glad you didn't see me hauling tractor and disk today. We work year round to provide better habitat for deer, turkey ducks and other critters. No feeders to hunt over, year round food plots for nutrition, planted over 60 fruit trees to provide soft mass, hinge cut trees, improve water retention, control burns. We spend many hours improving habitat and I could harvest way more deer than I do, but.. it is my get away from it all, quiet time. I enjoy watching the deer, squirrel, turkey, fox, ... So, forgive me for being a redneck, wanna be hunter, you judgemental schmuck.

Because his grandpa taught him how to shoot them from a truck while they're being herded like cattle

You forgot the biggest cost, getting the meat processed. It runs a couple hundred a deer, depending on how you get it done. A bunch of co workers gets their done at Zummos here, its expensive..
